Voice Data Capture
Faults, readings and observations recorded by voice and tagged to the asset.
FieldPal.ai indexes manuals, PDFs and videos into small searchable pieces, so a technician can ask a question in plain language and get an answer tied to the asset in front of them instead of scrolling a 400-page document. It captures faults, observations and task data as work happens, tags entries to the asset or job, and automates the reporting that usually gets written up hours later from memory. The interface is built for noisy, hands-busy environments.
It is delivered as a mobile app and a wearable app, running on RealWear devices such as the RealWear Arc 3 and on Android and iOS phones and tablets. The design is API-first, with connectors into CMMS, ERP and document systems, and it can be cloud-hosted or run inside your own infrastructure where that is agreed. AI-generated answers still need checking before they are acted on in safety-critical or regulated work.
FieldPal.ai is licensed per named user or per device. Named users suit permanent technicians; device licenses suit shared glasses passed between shifts. Proof-of-concept services are available in scoped sizes, and most teams should use one, because implementation effort depends far more on the quality of your source documentation and the state of your integrations than on the software itself. Offline caching and data residency are settled during that scoping.
We supply the license, the AI assistant software configuration and the glasses together, so a pilot does not stall waiting for hardware. Tell us headcount, the documents you want indexed and the systems it must write back to, and we will scope the POC and quote it with the devices. Product detail sits on the FieldPal.ai product page, and the wider range on the software page.
