AI assistant glasses are AI wearables in a normal frame: microphone, speaker, a small display and, on some models, a camera, tied to a voice assistant. What they do in practice is narrower than the demos suggest, and more useful: retrieve a figure mid-conversation, capture a note without opening a laptop, surface a prompt before a client meeting, caption or translate speech as it happens.
