The RealWear Thermal Camera Module is a modular thermal imaging accessory for the RealWear Navigator 520, built for industrial inspection, maintenance and diagnostic workflows. Developed with Teledyne FLIR, it replaces the standard camera module and combines a visible-light camera with a FLIR Lepton 3.5 thermal sensor. Frontline teams can inspect electrical systems, motors, pumps, mechanical equipment and buildings while keeping both hands available for the task. Multiple thermal and blended viewing modes help workers identify abnormal heat patterns, document findings and support preventative maintenance without introducing a separate handheld thermal camera.
